Good lord that is a lot of carbs and fat. How much do you weigh? and are you trying to bulk? etc... give us a little bit more incite. I would say 5564 is too many calories unless you are experienced in bulking and everything.

Not only that but your sat. fat level is about 5x your daily recommended amount. Can you say heart attack.

OK went back and looked at your intro. A good guide would be protein 1.5-2gx your bw, carbs around 3.5gxbw and fat .4gxbw and avoid trans fat altogether if possible. Anyway at 185 your targets should be
2x185= 370g protein
3.5x185= 647g carbs
0.4x185= 74g fat
Also your calorie target should be around 20x your bw or in your case around 3700 cals. All these will increase as you gain weight of course but you want to bulk relatively clean and add a bunch of muscle not a ton of fat.
