Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | As many of you know, i'm running a CKD/TKD hybrid, and have been having much success. My Q: When do you keto guys take ur mono? I've actually been doing like 5-10g dextrose either in the morning or PWO with 10g mono. Normally i only take 5g mono, but i'm under the impression a lower % gets absorbed with fewer carbs present. Any thoughts?

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | sodium has been proven to increase the transport rate of Mono then sugar does. take that carbs! plus the only reason for carbs is to use insulin as a transport, so why not just spike it with some leucine?
