Default milk products??

Is it possible to become lactose intollerant overtime???? I love milk but been noticed that the older I get the less my body likes it......

hell im only 26, and no about the gas...just really upsets my gut thats all, but not all the time.....

yes, you can develop and lose lactose intolerance again and again.

I was never lactose intolerant. A month ago I suddenly started getting horrible gas, bloating, and stomach cramps from any dairy. It went when I cut dairy. Came back when I re-introduced it.

A change in the gi bacteria not the addition of lactase accounts for the ability to adapt to milk products.

Try this: increase your intake over time, drink milk with other foods, spread intake throughout the day.
