haha just because your bulking doesnt mean go ahead and eat whatever the hell you want. Unless your not doing a clean bulk, then your cutting will be much more of a pain in the ass! lol. I love the "im bulking so ill eat whatever i want" comments

Make your own mac and cheese recipe. Replace the noodles with whole wheat. Use Skim Milk. Make your own cheese sauce recipe which I am sure you can find on google.

But nonetheless, if your bulking and don't care, then go ahead!

unless you are cutting should be fine.

I used to eat a whole box of Kraft mac & cheese before every workout, and I didn't get fat from it.

If you are worried about gaining weight from it, just eat it pre, or post workout, and don't overdo it

The real question is, Does it taste better????

All kidding aside the less processed food you eat the better. If it doesn't taste too bad, or is actualy good, then all the better..

I'll occassionally have Kraft Mac & Cheese with some whey as my first solid meal after lifting.
