I will warn you, I have a habit of getting eh... high... so that could effect it.. I get the munchies, but Sholiz advised me to eat some green leafy vegetables when i get high... uhm.. Yeah thanks for the help.
It doesn't really matter when you wake up as long as you fit your diet into the hours that your awake. Your going to find training yourself to eat right is the hardest part of lifting. Although I'm going to get some argument on this your first week or so I wouldn't concern yourself with getting your diet down spot on but focus on training yourself to eat every 2 hours. While doing this try to dial in your protein requirements which should be around 1.5x your body weight or 330 grams daily. Here is a good list of what foods contain what amount of protein PROTEIN, PROTEIN, PROTEIN, and it's foods Try to avoid or limit your intake of sugary foods and drinks during this time then once your comfortable with that you work on a more specific diet.

I read the over one time. I didn't understand it. I'll reread it another 10 times and I'll get it haha. I'm not a very smart person (Sholiz can vouch for that)...But eventually I'll get it =)..

OK I'll simplify it, of course you'd never eat this way but substitute the tuna for whatever meal works for you.

Wake up at 12 noon
12pm-meal one 2 cans tuna 60g protein
2pm-meal two 2 cans tuna 60g
4pm-meal three 2 cans tuna 60g
6pm-meal four 2 cans tuna 60g
8pm-meal five 2 cans tuna 60g
10pm-meal six 2 cans tuna 60g
12am-meal seven 2 chicken breasts 50g of protein
2am-meal 8 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese 30g
Sleepy time..
total 440g protein which is 2x your 220lb bodyweight.

Now of course your meals won't look like this but you get the idea of how to break down your day.

The key is too keep the meals small but nutrient rich. It's much better to eat a bunch of small meals then 2 or 3 big ones. When you gobble down big meals like that spaced apart your body stores more of it as fat so it will have energy source to burn when it has nothing else to draw from. When your providing a constant stream of nutients your body uses them more efficently and stores less as fat. So you may be eating more but your body will use it more efficiently.

I don't have time today but maybe someone else can hook you up. Read that link I gave you. It will tell you exactly what's in your food. If no one else helps you I'll give you one tomorrow night. Cheers

Well, what I would tell you to do is to do some cardio, and eat nutrient rich food. And watch the carbs and the fat. Tuna, steak, chicken, fish, etc are good meals. Protein drinks are good. Stay away from fast food, high fattening foods, and cardio when you can. As for supplements, try creatine (creatine ester ethyl preferably), and maybe some caffeine when you go to the gym.

Yeah, I'm having Sholiz order me some because I don't have paypal/credit card... So i'll get some info from Sholiz and read up on it before taking it. Is there any information anyone here would like to give me on taking the CEE? Also, still waiting for Dark to get on to write up that meal plan for me =P... I'm also looking to put a work out plan together.. i want to focus on upper body because my fat ass just sits around all the time and I need to change that, alone with my legs for hockey/football.. i'll go weigh myself right now so it's accurate.

Alright, weighed in at 224lbs. I need to shave that off. I highly doubt this is possible, but I want to lose a lot of the body fat. get down to 200lbs if at all possible.

Brad -- Diet is 90% of it.

BTW, January 1st I weighed in at 197lbs. I weigh in 173 today. So shaving 24 pounds off is possible, I could be 160 or so right now if I was really into it but I've been slacking the last few weeks and towards the end months. So, really, in 3 months I lost the 24 pounds I needed to and kept all my lifts progressing.

Not very hard with cardio, diet, and training.
