Default

-6 whole eggs with salsa
-40-50 grams whey protein 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
-8 oz of turkey (deli meat) and 4 oz of cheese
-8 oz steak or chicken 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter or some nuts
-40-50 grams whey protein 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 8 oz fish (usually salmon) with a tablespoon of olive oil butter and a little garlic (there's also these frozen salmon patties that you can but that are good and pretty cheap)

if you want occassionally substitute the 8 oz of chicken or steak with a hamburger patty + cheese and mayo on them or fried pork chops (not breaded) instead of fish.

Um, wouldn't it make more sense to have the carbs start in the morning and not in the middle of the afternoon? :P

Where are your beans?!? Legumes? Black beans, among others, are packed with fibrous carbs and taste well to boot. On a side note, LOL @ the meals. Animal I tell you!

Carb ups are refeeds for me.

I consume around 450-475g of carbs, 135-145g protein, and 20-30g of fat on refeed days.

I LOVE them sweet potatoes!!!
