i really don't have too much constructive to add, you're definately on the right track.

all i noticed is your "estimated" totals, are exactly that "estimated", and pretty far off, i think you should try to get some more accurate totals, because if they aren't on, you really can't add up cals, p, f, c, etc. etc. and know exactly what you're getting.

if anything i'd estimate the weight by knowing what it is from weighing it once, instead of estimating the amount of P, C, F, get the jist?

you have 8 oz. meat listed as 60-70g protein? i don't think so.

just a friendly reminder, i see this alot, usually more with the bulker who isn't gaining but is eating XXXX amount of cals, when in actuality he's eating much less.

His meat estimations look alright.

That is comparable to what I get when I figure up mine, but it depends on the meat.


For example -

Roasted chicken breast I'll have 7-8 oz which ends up being about 60 g prot. (1 oz~8.8 g)

Whole chicken, 1/2 of the chicken is around 13 oz and that ends up to be 90 g prot.

Two cans of tuna is 12 oz and that is 65 g prot.

I like to eat food. Lots of food.

I'm changin' up my diet some, here's what's up.
Wake Up (Approx. 10AM) Protein shake, 1 Scoop Protein Powder [Fast protein absorption]
+Ephedra

10:30-11AM: - 1/2 Pound Lean Burger [Venison Primarily], 6 Egg Whites, 4-6 Slice Whole Grain Toast, PB
+3 Tablespoons Olive Oil (EFA), Vitamins, Green Tea

Gym around Noon

PWO: 45-60g Whey + 40g Dextrose + 5g Creatine + Glutamine

1:30PM - 8-12oz Lean Meat, 2 Cup Cooked Rice, 1/2 Pound Brocolli [Fiber!]
+Green Tea, Liver Tabs

3:30PM - 8oz Chicken, 1 Cup Rice, 1/2 Pound Veggies
+Ephedra, Liver Tabs, Green Tea

5:30-6:00 - 8-12oz Lean Meat, 2 Can Yams, 1/2 Pound mixed veggies
+Green Tea

8:00 - 12-16oz Lean Meat + 1 Pound Veggie
+Green Tea

10:30 - 8-12oz Chicken Meat, 1 Pound Veggies, cooked with olive oil
+Green Tea, Glutamne, ZMA

11:30-12:30 - 2-3 Cups Cottage Cheese / 8-12oz Lean Meat [If I feel like grillin']

Hit the sack around 1:00AM
Throughout the day I drink about ~2 gallons of water, no soda.
