Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | I would go and cook the meat and rinse with cold water in a colender. I wouldn't let it go to waste. If you have to, go to the store with her next time. I ususally get the diet burger which is about 90 to 95 percent lean, but it cost more also. A little fat won't hurt every so often, your allowed a cheat day when it comes to diet. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I eat alot of chicken breast,, just i want to add a different meat so i would not get tired of eating chicken breast all the time... After i cooked any kind of hambuger, i always drain the gress from the meat, i make patty's then get a wad of paper towels and sqweez untill no more gress comes out of the patty, but ill try washing in cold water too.. cuase it would be a waste of meat... thxz for the replys every one.... |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 115 | yeah. It suck when you do that though (I find), because I really am not sure how many kcals I've consumed. I try not to worry about it... being as I don't really count anyway.
