Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | Breaky ~ 5 or so eggs scrambled (375 cal, 40g protein) meal 2 ~ 4 hardboiled eggs 300cal, 32g protein meal 3 ~ like half cup or so of tuna on a salad (350cals, 45g protein??) meal 4 or 5 ~ tuna OR one serving fresh meat on salad like meal 3 meal 4 or 5 ~ 2 can of meat (48-60g protein, 300 cals meal 6 ~ 2 can of meat PWO Shake thrown in. so roughly ~2000 cals not including pwo shake and whatever floats into my mouth.
