Jack In The Box now has grilled chicken strips.

Four strips have the following profile (from official website)

Calories: 180
Fat: 2g (11%)
Carbs: 3g (7%)
Protein: 37g (82%)

Two orders of that = one fine meal.

Do you guys think this is the best bet for bodybuilders/health nuts in terms of fast food? Obviously making your own food and taking it around is the best bet, but for those times when you can't this seems perfect. It's very low carb and low fat and the protein sources are whole... Anyone tried them? Any good?

damn.. that would be awsome.. i know once in a while when im on-the-go and get a craving for some food ( which seems like every half hour, lol) i could definitly use that.. so much healthier then mc dicks or wendys, lol. Too bad i don't think we have that fastfood place here in canada.. dammit we have nothing, lol.

Damn man... there's Jack in the Box's everywhere here in the states! That blows.

Subway is also a good alternative but I'm not a fan of any of there healthy subs... blech... Big Hot Pastrami on italian herbs and cheese for the win.

lmfao... I LOVE SUBWAY.. i usally just get the footlong grilled chicken breast with lots os HOT PEPPERS and LOTS of jalapanoes, lol. I wish we had some of the fast food joints ya'll have down there.. id even settle for a checkers, lol. Their commercials make their food look sooooo goood. lol.

In a pinch, when you got little options, yeah that sounds good. Look at the ingredients for grilled chicken strips...

Chicken Strips, Grilled Chicken Breast Tenderloins, Water, Roast Chicken Flavor (Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Chicken Flavor [Chicken, Salt, Dry Whey, Chicken Fat], Salt, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Spices, Dehydrated Onion, Paprika, Annatto Color), Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Seasoning, (Modified Food Starch and Carrageenan), Sodium Phosphates. Grilled with our Butter Flavored Vegetable Shortening (Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Salt, Soybean Lecithin, Natural and Artificial Butter Flavor (Milk), TBHQ and Citric Acid added to Help Protect Flavor.
