Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | It only has a total of 12g of carbs and 80 calories for the entire packet (mcCormick just add water) I know it's flour, but.... is this okay to eat in moderation? I want to warm up some roast beef and/or turkey in it to serve along side some veggies.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 220 | Well I mean, its only like 80 here in San Diego...I thought it would be hotter in your neck of the woods, I always forget just how far north Albany is. But hell, if its only 70 you could probably take a bath in gravy or something. Have you tried filling a kiddie pool with it and jumping in holding the turkey/roast beef?
