Default Instant Gravy?

It only has a total of 12g of carbs and 80 calories for the entire packet (mcCormick just add water)

I know it's flour, but.... is this okay to eat in moderation? I want to warm up some roast beef and/or turkey in it to serve along side some veggies.

Its fine if you can fit it into your macros, obv. I think the real question is how can you eat gravy when its so damned hot outside....

Well I mean, its only like 80 here in San Diego...I thought it would be hotter in your neck of the woods, I always forget just how far north Albany is.

But hell, if its only 70 you could probably take a bath in gravy or something. Have you tried filling a kiddie pool with it and jumping in holding the turkey/roast beef?

Doesn't sound too bad. Go for it if it helps you get healthy veggies and protein down.

Pretty much, yea

Or you could try mixing the meat with some fat-free mayo and have it in a wholewheat wrap with veggies
