Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 50 | As the title says, i now work midnights ( 11:30pm - 8am ) and was wondering, will this affect how my body utilizes protien and carbs? I know it sounds weird to ask, but im curious, and if it does affect anything, can anyone help me with what i should eat? It is kind of hard to get alot of intake of healthier foods, but i usally prepare my meals before work, and goto work rdy with healthy foods. Im just wondering though, if this will effect me in any way working midnights.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 14 | i worked midnights for a few years, and i actually did better then. all of my friends worked first shift, so i always went to the gym after work, then went home and cooked my meals for the day. i usually went to bed around noon, got up about 8, and then hung out with them till i had to go to work. this kept me on a better schedule. in fact, when i went back to day shift i quit working out and just hung out all day. none of my friends back then lifted, so i pretty much quit for too long. i'm on second shift now (5pm-1:30am), and have been back at it for about 3 years. good luck!
