| IronMass Donator | and its marketing machine. http://www.delmonte.com/products/FruitItem.asp?id=54 I was in a hurry, picking up snacks before work, and got snookered by a label on some grapefruit saying "Fruit Naturals". To me natural means just that, as if I had just peeled the grapefruit myself. But, nooooooo. Some fool had to add high fructose corn syrup. I called Del Monte and expressed my discontent, so by the end of the week all of these will be removed from the shelves. Nah, I wish.Yes, I'm a loser for being in too much of a hurry to read the label. Still annoys the crap out of me.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 55 | I hear ya South Cali.. As far as fruit is concerned, I basically don't anything that comes in any kind of container. Whole bananas and apples are my usual fruit choices. Things like that will definitely sneak up on you. I know lots of people who are "dieting" who are eating yogurt full of sugar because they mistakenly think it's good for them. Sure, there are some yogurt choices that are good, but people just don't understand what to look for. Fortunately, you're smart enough to know what to look for.. you just got tricked this time.. but lots of people don't even have a clue! - EME
