OK, you win, but I eat 1-2 cups most days with 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter, 2 tea spoons sugar free pudding mix and a shot of home made whipped cream (whipping cream and splenda)

lol @ the cottage cheese haters. I admit the no salt variety took some getting used to.

sully that sounds fantastic! What flavor pudding mix?? Chocolate? I do something very similar when I don't mind the sodium bloat. I use a few spoons of walden farms 0 cal fudge and some natty peanut butter. I call it reese's cottage cheese.

Something that also tastes good but prolly isn't so healthy.... sour cream goes fantastic mixed in with it. Gives it a very cream pudding like texture.

hah yeah the 4% is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I started eating the no salt variety b/c water retention for skelooth results in jiggley love handles that will actually drape over my belt..... loose skin + subcutaneous water= hell

4% is sooo good. Friendship makes a few varieties of cottage cheese that make me DROOL...
1% Whipped Style (It's spreadable like soft cream cheese, and you can make a pudding out of it with a spoon of sourcream and some 0 cal chocolate)
2% Pot Style (Biggest damn curds you've ever seen! SOOO GOOD!)
4% California Style.... It's just so damn rich.... it's like dessert.

And friendship also has the lowest carbs for some reason.

Its all mind over matter, if you dont mind then it dont matter. I used this "technique" when I was deployed to Iraq living off of T-Rats and MRE's, sure it tasted like absolute shit, but I taught myself to block it out of my mind and remember I was eating to survive not for recreation. Hope this helps some of yall.
