Default How is my cutting diet?

As for the specifics of what I'm eating daily, that's usually the same and it's all in my FitDay log.

How does the ratio of P/C/F look? Should I lower my overall caloric intake? Any foods I should take out or add? Or do I just need to do some more cardio?

Thanks a lot.

First of all, what are your stats? Secondly I'd up fat, lower protein slightly though I can't advise that if I don't know your bodyweight. Fibre looks extremely low which begs the question, what exactly are you eating?

Woops, sorry, I forgot to add Height/Weight. 6'0, 208

As for the fiber being low. I would think it's probably higher, but some of the shitty nutritional labels don't give me fiber ratings they just say "Carbohydrates -- Xg" so I leave it blank when I add in custom foods.

Why would I want to lower my protein?

Oh, I forgot to mention, I'm taking 5mg of Fish Oils a day, that's just not on my fitday log. I think that would increase my healthy fat intake per day.

Is there anything wrong with being at +/-60% of protein a day?
