How much water do you take in during a workout?

I get in around 3.5 litres, now that I am cutting.

What about you guys? And do you feel bloated like me after?

during workout alone I get in at least 1/2 a gallon of water .. no bloat

32oz of gatorade during workouts (probably going to go up another 16-32 while on Red Acid) plus another 3 gallons during the day.
