Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 58 | I have decided to bulk for the next 6 weeks or so to get my metabolism revved and to put on some mass. I will then cut again. (I want to lose 10 more lbs of fat between now and May. This will put me at about 8% body fat.) This is my current diet: 07:00 Oatmeal, eggs and protein shake (1 scoop) 10:30 Protein shake (2 scoops) with olive oil 14:00 Baked potato (pasta or rice) and a chicken breast 15:30 Workout shake, (2 scoops with orange juice) 17:30 Tuna (or other fish) and a large garden salad 21:00 Lean beaf and green vegetables. When I am bulking I have FF plain yogurt for a dinner desert, I use skim milk in my shakes and use sauces on some of my meals. I also have one or two large cheat meals per week if I am cutting to keep the leptin levels up and prevent going into starvation mode. *

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | My specific diet is in my thread in the Over 30 section... search for bulking diet, cutting or fitday... shouldn't be hard to fynd.. Overall - When bulking I was getting 3500 cals.. Whyle cutting I'm aiming for >2300... My next bulking diet will definitely have a lot more carbs and more calories.. I may break the 4,000 or 5,000 mark per day easily.. Peace..~G

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 42 | I'm cutting now and I get 2350 a day. But I average it to 2350 over the course of 4 days. So One day i'll take 2050, and another I will take 2600. It still averages out. I decrease 250 calories every 3 weeks. So on my final weeks, I will be at around 1350.
