Default How many calories should I be eating?

I'm starting to bulk soon and I weigh 160 right now. I'm going to do a 5x5 split M-W-F, jogging for 45 minutes 5-7x a week in the mornings (not on an empty stomach, after a full meal), and working on the heavy bag 5x a week also, so I definately need lots of calories than normal, so how much do I eat?

it is really tough to say, it depends on a lot of factors, like how fast your metabolism is.. the best thing to do is measure how many calories a day you are eating, if you lose weight increase the calories by 250 until you see a gain... keep the records for future

you could probably start at about 4000 calories a day...

That's what I might do instead of drastically increasing calories.

I was thinking 320 grams of protein, 960 grams of carbs, and 240 grams of fats which equals around 7000 calories.

But 4000 is good to start I guess. I might get my BMR and see what I burn, so I can fix accordingly.
