The USDA site has the cleanest interface: http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/ And there is a link to download the entire thing if you want the tables on your hard drive. http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcom.../sr17dnld.html Okay, okay. Maybe this second option is only enjoyable for geeky people such as myself who are plugged in all day. ![]() |
