"Boil your food and avoid the use of fat (for frying etc). For lunch I have boiled chicken or beef...boiled? yechhh! tasteless, right?.....WRONG. Add Texas Pete's Hot Sauce and you got a tasty entree. Boil vegetables, add condiments and broccoli....ugh becomes broccoli...mmmmmm, bring it on! Believe in yourself and believe in condiments and BELIEVE ME you will get so ripped....so soon (naturally) that you will find veins popping up in places you didn't know you even had. Not to blow my own trumpet, but I got so ripped using this "diet" that veins started appearing on my abdomen like professional body builders (who use steroids, by the way)."

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!

Hmmm, if we sift through the condiment smoke.... this article really says to eat low fat sources of complex carbs and protein in order to get ripped.
- Not really a news flash there.

If using condiments is the secret to getting you to eat your low fat protien and complex carbs, then by all means use them!

.... But, it's eating the low fat protein and complex carbs... not the condiments... that will be getting you ripped.

And don't forget about exercise, while you're at it.
