Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | When I eat eggs, wow it's been awhile. I use egg whites, some tuna/packaged salmon or white crab, salsa, veggies and a small amount of fat free cheese. Actually tastes better than it sounds ![]() I should add I do not bother seperating, I buy the easy to use preseperated boxed egg whites. |

| IronMassoholic | I cook 5-6 eggs with one yolk or whatever falls in as I separate the whites. That is the most time consuming part. I just place the whites in a lightly buttered tfal pan and scramble in the yolk as it cooks. It takes about 5 minutes. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 178 | 6 eggs 2 with the yolks, scramble, then cover with Franks red hot... Sometimes I will cut up a leftover baked potato into small chunks and add that in for some carbs.. I don't use franks when I do this.. the potato adds a lot of flavor.. |

Some good hot peppers mixed in also gives it a bite, plus can help with your metabolism. If you're a fat ass like me every little bit helps. | |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 54 | I usually have 6 eggs with 2 or 3 yolks depending how I feel. My method for separating the yolk from the white is to crack the egg on the side of a mixing jug and juggle the yolk between the two halfs until all of the white has fallen in. Then I mix it with a fork to break up the yolks and nuke it in the microwave. (I find it's best to check it every 30 seconds to make sure it's not drying out.) I usually have it with some wholewheat or ezekial toast and a cup of black coffee or glass of skim milk. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | Just don't use to many. The way I do it, loosely lay out the potatoes into the pan. So they barely touch, spaces inbetween them. Let them crisp a bit, flip them, then put the egg mix over them, the egg mix will cook and wrap the potatoes. Finish like you would making a regular omlette ![]() You can of course use more, I simply like them with just a little potato myself. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 98 | I love to put hot spices in my food. For eggs I'll add tobasco sauce and chi-chi salsa. Sometimes add cottage cheese too, really improves the flavor.
