Default Honey? Maple Syrup?

How would these things stack up for PWO nutrition? I'm looking for cheaper alternatives to maltodextrin... I'm willing to get a little unorthodox lol

I know of oats, but i have no way to grind them, and prefer to take my pwo shake directly after lifting.

i know grape juice has dextrose, but doesn't it also have fructose? I need something devoid of fructose so that it will be compatible with my CKD when I go back to cutting.

Honey consists of several components, including: fructose, glucose, maltose, and sucrose.

yeh, oats and grape juice are your friends. Personally, i use gatorade mix. It is cheap by the gram.
