Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 73 | Looking to try new recipes.... I usually aim for anywhere between 4k & 5k calories a day, which is actually harder than you would think. Been on a kick lately with ground buffalo & hamburger helper, but thats starting to get old. something with 40-50g protein, 50g carbs or more, normal bulking macro breakdown... |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | ha, i can help you my friend. I spend much of the season in the 4500-4800 range. here are some of my favorites: Asian Rice w/ all natural sweet and sour sauce, beef and a firbour veggie Meat tortillini (frozen foods section) Home Made whole wheat pizza Honestly, i love the boxed rices. Riceoroni makes a great brown rice line. Look through the frozen food section. There are really a lot of great options there. I'm a big fan of Lean Pockets myself and Ellios Pizza. Ellios (each full brick) is only 9g fat, 22g protein, and 60g carbs.
