Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 115 | hfcs is not good. the body has a difficult time metabolizing it... but to be honest, as long as its relatively far down the list of the ingredients, i hold the same policy i do for hydrogenated oils: F it.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 220 | dude, dextrose and maltodextrin are perfect for post-workout...until i switched to Kwick Karb I used dex/maltodextrin for a looooong time.
