hfcs is not good. the body has a difficult time metabolizing it...

but to be honest, as long as its relatively far down the list of the ingredients, i hold the same policy i do for hydrogenated oils: F it.

dude, dextrose and maltodextrin are perfect for post-workout...until i switched to Kwick Karb I used dex/maltodextrin for a looooong time.

OK bro, that's exactly when I use it, with my protein, to spike insulin I know it's made from corn starch and thought it was better than corn syrup.

Yeah dude maltodextrin is great for pwo. Corn starch =/= corn syrup so you're good to go.
