Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 214 | First of all, read the stickies. Lots of good info there about pre and post workout nutrition. I'll go meal-by-meal. Breakfast: add a scoop of protein Snack: PBJ or almonds are interchangeable here Lunch: If you have to find it at a convenience store you're kinda screwed. Bring lunch from home? Snack: I'm completely baffled by this...corn, eggs and honey? Is this preworkout or what? Dinner: eat rice/pasta/potatoes/etc with your meat...where does your post-workout shake fit in here? Last snack: fine

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 161 | Definitely need more protein in your first meal and your diet period..., dont know your goals but the pure junk food doesnt sound good... just eat more and train harder and you will put on that muscle in no time.. start a workout log here, you'll get plenty of help.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | eat a lot of meat and a lot of bread at every meal. Milk and PB are good too. Can't go wrong with that.
