Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Hey guys. I started a modified CKD diet about 2 weeks ago and its driving me insane ! For the past 3 days, whatever I eat, I feel guilty about it. Steak, cream cheese, even tuna ! Its usually during my meal, or right when I finish that I feel so guilty about what I ate, eventhough it perfectly fits my macros for the day. I'm positive this is all in my head since the food I am eating is healthy. I'm afraid that this might be an early step in an eating disorder, and would like some help from anyone who may have experienced this or has some knowledge in this area. Any comments would be sweet. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 114 | are you guilty you are eating too much? (ie, too often) Or is it that you are eating so much fat? If it's the fat thing, you have to understand the constraints put in your head from a young age in regards to the "unhealthiness" of fat. Fat does not make you fat. Extra kcals do. If you feel you are eating too much or too often, just compare it to what you used to eat before you started dieting. How much experience do you have? and why have you chosen a form of ketogenics as a means for fat loss?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Hi DJSTARER, I began weightlifting in September when I joined this site. I started off with a 40/40/20 plan until january, and from then on I haven't had over 30% of my total calories come from carbs. I don't believe it is the fat content in my meals that is making me feel this way, but rather the meal portions. I have been eating between 4 and 6 meals a day since beginning weight lifting. I honestly have no clue as to why I am feeling this way. I think I will split my meals into smaller portions and try eating more often to see if that helps. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 114 | that's possible. don't feel bad. your body is more able to digest food when it is eaten often. I eat 8 or more meals daily. I feel like i'm eating a ton, but I realize others eat more.... and only over 2 or 3 meals.
