Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 118 | wow... that looks like a bastardized pre-contest diet with oversupplementation. Carbs, fats and protein at every meal. Unless you are a 110 lbs female, you'll need at least 2300 kcals to start. Then cut as you need. Carbohydrates are you muscle's oxygen. Without it, after a while, you will sufficate your lean mass.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | How much weight are you trying to lose? You state in your information that you are 5'11 and 172 pounds at 19 years of age. What are your goals, be carefull about cutting to much weight at that age because your still growing and need the extra calories for growth. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | I think with that much calorie reduction there is going to be more muscle lost then normal. I always start with 500 calories below my maintenance. I adjust from there, as my weight comes off my maintenance calories will change and therefore my cutting reduction will change also. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 118 | word. original poster: wildman knows whats up. you gotta eat big, then ease it off from there. It sounds like it is your first time cutting, so you DEF wanna be safer than sorry. If you do it wrong, you'll lose a ton of weight, but you'll stay soft. You gotta be patient and read read read.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | yeah but this is my first day using this cutting diet, i stoped eating fast food and sodas for about 4 months and went from 190 to 172, even on this diet im still planning on eating foods like yoshinoya 1100 cal, and subway 900cal, lots of home cooking, so its not like im starving my self, since i lowered my calories to 1000-1200 range ive never felt better, and my arms are bigger and stronger |
