| Soldier In Progress | I need more fiber, just adding up what I get in daily for fiber (around 20g) is not enough. I need more, especially since my food intake has gone up DRAMATICALLY. I'm thinking of either getting some Medamucil (SP) ... which, would be mixed with a few Whey shakes through the day to bump my fiber intake to around 40g if I could. Other supplements, flax and others ... they're high fiber I believe, would they be more effective than a fiber powder? Right now I eat 2-3 big salads, but I want more than the 20g of fiber I get from that. any ideas?

| Pro Stature | Oatmeal. If you cant stand the taste, put some milk, oats, chocolate whey and a banana if you want in the mixer It has 10g fiber per 100g

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 29 | u could try adding more beans into ur diet or just get a fiber supplement.
