This is pretty ambiguous to say the least.

Sleep?
Stress?
Nutrition?
All of the above?
Doctor visit?
Medications you're on?

Help us out a little.

1. Post your diet.
2. Post your training routine.
3. Post your supplements.
4. Don't have a "friend" recommend a miracle product in this same thread.

Franco is pretty smart but Franco is a child. And on the day of the contest, I am his father. He comes to me for advices. So it is not difficult for me to give him the wrong advices.

Could be a million things from diet to a medical condition. Any other symptoms that go along with it?

not enough dietary fat
not enough Kcals
overtraining
not enough/quality sleep (duh)
