Default Favorite meal?

For me it's breakfast hands down!

Since I'm cutting on a TKD currently breakfast is either:

Non workout days: 4 egg omelette with cheddar cheese :eat:

or

3/4 cup dry oats cooked in 8oz 1% milk and a scoop of rocky road whey on lifting mornings :eat:

I love it. I go to sleep at night anticipating the next morning's breakfast!

What does your TKD look like for a week?

I enjoy PWO shakes or with oats.

5 meals are roughly a chunk of meat and a bunch of fat to around the tune of 500kcals.

So it will be something like, chicken breast, walnut oil, and salad.... or a ground beef burger and broccoli, or egg omelette with cheese, sometimes spinach omelette.

On lifting days 1 of the meals is a bowl of oatmeal preworkout and additional bowl of oatmeal is added post workout. It's actually a very easy diet to follow.

My favorite meal is a cheat meal. :boink1:

Speaking of which, it is a coworkers last day today, so we're taking him out for chinese food at lunch. I'm going to order something that isn't complete crap, but it sure isn't going to be as clean as my standard salmon, sweet potato, and broccoli lunch. Tonight is leg night, so the extra calories will come in handy.

Other than cheat meals, I'd have to say I don't really have a meal I really look forward to while on a cut. When I'm bulking, I'd say lunch is a fave, because I make sure its something tasty, like chili or turkey meatballs with whole wheat pasta. When cutting, I simply view food as fuel for my body that requires tight control and get used to eating bland stuff, as most clean foods are pretty bland. I do look forward to the sweet taste of a mint chocolate shake postworkout, but shakes aren't really meals.

My favorite non-cheat meal is probably chicken cooked in a pan with a little butter and seasoned salt. Simple, but it tastes really good to me.

Favorite cheat meal has no question- sesame chicken and rice. It's just... mmmmm. :eat:

breakfast, 8 whole eggs, 100g oats and 1 apple
lunch, 350g chicken breast, 80g brown rice and vegs
dinner, steak and baked potatoes (veggs missing in this pic... but who cares about vegs? )

these are the three ultimate meals. the other 3 constantly change cause i get bored of them or come up with a new theory, but these ones never disappear.

I feel better eating these than whey, cottage cheese, canned shit, commercial whole wheat products etc. these are essential. And always marinade the meats in olive oil, and use olive oil on the pan when cooking these.
