Default fast and easy carb sources (Grind rice)

I found out that you can grind rice with a coffee grinder. It turns into the same fine consistency as oats do. Now you can have an inexpenive pwo carb or a complex carb.

You can do it with oatmeal too, almost have like an oatmeal flour to mix with your shakes or even use it to make protein pancakes.

awesome! I wonder how it would taste mixed with Stevia powder (or sugar) and low fat powdered milk. (talking about cheap sources of nutrients).

Edit: Oh, with 2 drops of chili tabasco
