I seem to be fairly carb sensitive though and am currently only taking in trace carbs after dinner time. When I'm bulking I normally stick with something like 45/35/20 and I was thinking of upping the protein even more for something like 50/35/15 this time around. |

I know people will attack me for advocated "low carb", but in my postings I've seen that people with endomorphic bodies who are carb sensitive do VERY well when they keep their carbs low. By low I mean under 100g a day or lower. My breakdown right now is 65% fat, 30% protein, and 5% carbs ... (For the MOST part, sometimes I eat a lot of veggies). Basically I just don't eat any starches or sugars otherwise the rest of my diet is very 'normal' looking. Keeping your carbs moderate is definitely the way to go. Just make sure to have a low fat carb up once or more a week. Or you could try one of the various carb cycling routines that have been floating around.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | Thanks for the advice. Maybe I'll try something like 50/25/25 this time around. I'm going to be taking Rebound and they tell you in the directions to take it with a fatty meal for the best results, so I'll need to be consuming some fat late at night anyway. I'll probably just have a protein shake with some olive oil and fish oil. I've tried the type of diet you follow before and that is too few carbs for me, but once I start consuming too many carbs I blow up pretty quickly. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | Yeah, that's why I say moderate carb diet Have you tried TKD diet?? TKD in a nutshell:all of your meals are fat/protein, but your preworkout meal, pwo shake, and pwo meal are carb/protein. Something like that might work good for you. It would be easy to get in 120+g of carbs while keeping insulin levels steady/low through out the day. (I'm sold on the idea that insulin control is a BIG piece of the fat loss puzzle). I don't know why they call it TKD, it should be TCD, because if you workout often like most of us do, you'd barely ever get into ketosis. When I was taking ATD i'd take it with breakfast, and my normal breakfast is 5 whole eggs scrambled in non stick spray. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Johnsbod, you say that TKD is not enough carbs for you. Have you tried it before?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | I don't really think ratios are important but I use around the 40/40/20 as a baseline, and usually up fat/lower carbs as necessary. |

| Soldier In Progress | Hell me, I just add more cadio and add MORE fats while I'm trying to shed BF. Just stay stricter with carbs and maybe turn those down closer to 250-300g instead of my 450-500 while adding mass.
