Has anyone ordered these liquid egg whites from Egg Whites International? http://www.eggwhitesint.com/

Hmm..for some reason a big tub with a ketchup pump full of egg whites grosses me out.

I use powdered whites myself. I have used liquid ones as well. You can get them at your local grocery store for around $2/ pint.

Haven't purchased yet, but I did taste it at the FitExpo. The guy had made a protein shake using the whites instead of water. I couldn't tell the difference.

Egg Whites International is the cheapest I've found, but I buy mine from http://www.eggology.com/ it's about $20 more, and you have to buy it case at a time. I don't have any particular reason for buying there. Maybe Egg White Internationals Ronnie-Coleman-as-a-chicken logo freaked me out too much? :o

There's also Lana's Egg Whites at http://lanaseggwhites.com but the shipping is killer there. $16/gallon compared to $20 *per order* at Egg White Int. and "included" at eggology.

I haven't used that particular brand, but I do use liquid egg whites on regular basis....I pay $ 2.69 Canadian per 500 ml (a pint). I usually like to mix half of cooked egg whites with 2 packets of oatmeal if I'm in a hurry and mix it all up...I get about 450 kcals with about 30 grams of protein, maybe a little more...and its like a dessert
