Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Was just wondering why is it after going out for a big night, having a bit to drink, eating the shit that gets put around at your local house party... etc etc etc. Come home the next day, to find that I magically put on 2-3lb. Fair enough. But why is that then gone in like.. 2days? added water weight from eating like shit while I was out?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Okay. Thought that's what it would be. It doesn't really bother me... I don't go for big nights out, so when I do go for one, I except what may happen as a result (fat gain, weight gain, whatever)... I know how to reverse it just as easily. lolWas just always... spun out... with how the body works sometimes. When I put on the weight the next day, I expect it to be there for a week or so until I can cut it away... not for it to just disappear lol
