Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | ok this is the easiest way for me since i work 6 days a week. 10:00 am- walk up get ready for work, just water 11:00 am- (work) 2 slice wheat bread 1 can tuna snack:carrot or banana 1:00 pm- 1 or 2 slices wheat bread 1 tbs natural pb, 1 cup fat free milk, 1 fish oil pill 3:00 pm- 2 slice wheat bread 1 can tuna snack:carrot or banana 5:00 pm- 1 or 2 slice wheat bread 1 tbs natural pb, 1 cup fat free milk, 1 fish oil pill 7:30 pm- 2 slice wheat bread 1 can tuna 9-10:00 pm- random protien (chicken, rice, veg) 11:30 pm- * 30 min postworkout* 1 scoop protien, 3 grams creatine 9oz water, 1 pear 1:00 am- post work out same as pre(no fruit) 1:40 am- either chicken salad no dressing or 1 cup fat free cottage cheese with some peaches. i know its allot of bread, and i know its allot of fruits, any suggestions would be good |

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | Read an article about nutrition. Try to get 5-6 meals with three hours apart, protein, veggies, and healthy fat, plenty of water throughout the day (atleast a gallon), don't use breads and deli meats. |
