Read an article about nutrition.

Try to get 5-6 meals with three hours apart, protein, veggies, and healthy fat, plenty of water throughout the day (atleast a gallon), don't use breads and deli meats.

he is right. the breads and deli meats are questionable. On occasion, they can be used. There are breads out there which are acceptable all the time, but they are costly. Ezekiel 4:9 (Food for Life) is my bread of choice... when i have the money.

The morning is a good time for dair or egg. These are faster digesting proteins.

What about tuperwear? I mean you can get alot of food, cook it the night before and your ready to go the next day. By the way your breakfast should be more then just water lol. What are your stats and whats your goal?
