| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Spaghetti o's are my bulking threat when I am bulking. A can costs around 1 dollar, and provides about 500-550 calories. It takes 2 minutes to cook. 16-20 grams of protein per can, Great between work and school, or whatever, also good snack. I know it is canned and processed, but for a quick meal, that is cheap, spaghetti o's rock.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | Spaghetti-O's... Hmmm I haven't had those in years either. Might have to try some of them. In college I used to eat Kraft Macaroni and Cheese and Ramen Noodles all the time because they were cheap, and I was usually broke. ( What little money I did have definitely went to beer ) Since getting out of school and getting a real job, I've never eaten Mac and Chesse or Ramen noodles again. ( Note: oven baked home made Mac and Chesse is still something I like on occasoin.. just not the cheap stuff) - EME

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 52 | Well...since you asked heres a few. I think the bedtime meal of casienate only and pre/post workout shakes is an exaggeration especially in the forums. At bedtime I think any protien source is fine such as whey. I also take 1 fish oil tab with a shake to slow absorbsion. I have calcium supp too. I also think casienate protien or blend should be the major protien source used during the day vs whey because of its slow absorbtion benifits (whey for the pre/post workout). Help you stay full longer etc. etc. As for unconventional training and diet UD2.0 for Mass gains. For several weeks now I have been trainng on a low calorie/carbohydrate M-Th PM. About 100g of carbs. High reps lots of volume. Calories around maintance or 10-25% restriction. Carb-load Hi/low GI carbs Fr-Sat and till noon Sun. I eat captin crunch, bread, pasta, pizza, donuts, etc. I will start a thread if people are interested. I limit the junk to an extent. I am getting stronger/bigger everyweek and bf% is very low. Then on Sat. I will have a powerworkout heavy chest, back, and legs. 2-3 per bodypart reps 4-6. It works for me will I prepare for Oct 22. ![]() Last edited by NYCmitch25 : 09-11-2005 at 02:26 AM. |
