Default Dirty food week - week off or first bulking week?

Aight, I will be taking a break from my nearly 100% clean food diet right away here since my cut is officially ending on Friday (with new pics). I will be taking the week off because I've been lifting and doing cardio every weekday for 16 weeks straight, I want my CNS to recoup. I'm considering these two options and want your opinions on which I should do and why:

Option A:
During my week off keep calories at 2400kcal, make sure daily protein is around 200g and other than that, eat whatever dirty food I want. I'll be quite reasonable though, I'm not much of a binger.

Option B:
During my week off keep calories at 2400kcal, 90% clean foods as will my entire bulk is. Then the week after, once I start lifting again 5x a week and doing HIIT 2x a week. Eat 200g protein and have whatever dirty food I want. Definately a bit more calories in this situation because I'll be active. Not quite sure on the number yet. 2700kcal?

Regardless 3 weeks from now I'll be eating 90% clean with my clean bulk for a long time.

I say eat dirty 100% of the time and stop all training. That way you won't be any threat to me at next year's IMPC.

Obviously, I don't expect you to take the above seriously... although you really should try it, it'd be really fun.

Seriously, I guess I'd go with option B. Is it correct that with option A, you are looking to get nearly all your cals from dirty foods? Even if you limit your calories, junk foods with their macro composition and caloric density are a negative force; they are primed to be efficiently stored as fat and you can easily overshoot your intended cals with even a seemingly moderate indulgence. I function best with allowing one or two cheat meals a week while bulking, but keeping most days completely clean. I don't have the will power to allow myself some cheat food every day, I tend to binge and eat more than I think. Lately, I've been having some clean food right before my cheat meals, so I'm already partially satiated and won't overdo it.

Danger, danger.... complete relaxation from bodybuilding alert!!

I look at the training philosophy and discipline exerted by the bodybuilder's I hope to model myself after and I can't think of one of them that would go with A... but that's just me. If you want to be like your idols someday, you must walk the same path... otherwise you'll always be on the sidelines cheering them on. Words of wisdom from the mouth of a madman.

A. That is what I do about 20-30% of the time anyways. just make smart choices. It won't make that big a difference in 1 week... may not even be noticeable.

There's only one way to find out.

Hahaha, complete relaxation is pushing it. I've changed too much as a person to really do that, I guess to the point that a complete relaxation from bodybuilding is still 50% bodybuilding.

I don't binge at all and at 2400kcal a day I couldn't possibly do any reasonable damage. Dirty to me is going to mean stuff like instant noodles and cooked fats. Cheese whiz on sprouted grain bread... Mmmmm. I'll probably have a few cheat meals there and about 1/2 of my meals will be clean. I'll definately track my weight/bodyfat.

Anytime I take a week off after 8-12 weeks of training I seem to come back stronger from the rest.

option A is the best option in my opinion. here is a good thing to do.. get depleted as hell then just have a shitload day where you just eat sweets and crap the whole day maybe even up to 3 days, and your body will soak up the majority of it.. well it def. will the first day maybe two, then go to eating good foods again and just start slowly raising your carbs up daily. you get to eat what the hell you want and not effect your conditioning that bad.
