1 can Tuna
1/2 cup Oats
2 Egg Whites

Mix it up with your hands, form into patties, put 'em on a Forman grill or nonstick skillet. Add some spices if you want, low fat cheese, mayo, ketchup, whatever. I like to eat them with 1/2 cup baked beans and some green veggies, which combines to make a good meal: 450/50/50/5. If you want more fat you can add a little olive oil to the mix before cooking. I usually make double batches because they're just as good reheated.

Here is a good recipe for oatmeal pancakes.

1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Put all the ingredients in the blender and turn it into batter. Sweeten with splenda to taste and cook as you would regular pancakes. Top them with some calorie free I cant believe its not butter spray and some sugar free jam or syrup and you got breakfast.

Tastes fine, just more bland. They are ready when they're hot to the touch and solid. You'll know by the eggs being cooked and not runny anymore.

Sounds great man! Once you pick up on the spices and various vegis, you'll be able to make a ton of different styled foods easily. Right now i'm on a onion, bell pepper, jalapano pepper kick.

Rice, tuna, egg whites, peppers, onions, pepper and 1 tbls EVOO.
