Default Decent fat + protein meal?

I'm looking for an easy fat + protein meal to take into school that isn't that disgusting. Sometimes I take in peanuts (shitty protein source and not the best EFA source) or I take in olive oil and a chicken breast. I'm not the hugest fan of downing 3tbsp of olive oil raw, so I was considering doing this...

I was thinking of taking 2 scoops of muscle milk and 2 tbsp of olive oil all in one shaker. This would give me the following:

588 calories
46g fats
12g saturated
34g polyunsaturated or monounsaturated
12g carbs (6 of which are maltodextrin)
32g protein

Would this (in your opinion) be a good fat + protein meal? Or are the fat sources not good enough (the saturated fat in the Muscle Milk is supposed to be majorally MCTs) in your opinion?

How about a whey blend and some almonds or walnuts? You don't even need blend beings the fat will slow down digestion. Cheaper also

I used to take in almonds, but they were getting too expensive (according to my mom). I bought the muscle milk (will probably just use whey + olive oil when it runs out) and olive oil is cheap so my mom doesn't care.

It might not be good, but I like to eat a few hard-boiled eggs, and then a tablespoon or two of natty pb or olive oil.

I bring protein/weight-gain bars for my breaks and a big lunch. These bars take about 5 min. to make and it consists of good monounsaturated fats from the PB. See the web page: Weight Gain Bars

The bars' dimensions are approximately 2"x2"x1" and contain:
- 26g. protein
- 30g. carbs
- 24g. fat
