Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 216 | So all of this week I've been training hard, usually in the 8-10 rep range. Workouts lasting ~1 hour. No cardio or anything but have been sweating more than normal. Only taking a multi right now, fwiw. I have never in my life had such awful cramping while training. Pretty much whatever muscle I'm training immediately cramps when I put the weights down. Are bananas and taurine pretty much all I can turn to in this situation to keep the cramping from ruining my workouts? I'm fine once I get out of the gym but it's pretty distracting to have your triceps cramp so hard that it feels like you've got a golf ball under your skin.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 183 | How much water are you drinking? Drink a lot! Kind of sounds like side effects of dehydration. Also if you're not already doing so, stretch. If it continues for too long I'm afraid the best thing to do is to go to a doctor...

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 114 | i know u have WMS... and probably table salt. Drink 30g CHO from the WMS, + 1 tsp salt with 4 cups of water. You can throw our taurine in there too if u want. Give that a try. If you are eating clean, your body may not be getting enough sodium to retain any water.

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | creatine also helps with retaining water for that purpose.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 216 | I think I probably just wasn't getting enough salt in my diet since I've been eating squeaky clean lately. The food last night helped and I haven't had any issues today.
