Darn doctors!

How many out there had a boost in their immune system when you started the high doses of whey protein? Anyway I had to go to the doctor tue. ,
and he said that protein does not help my immune sytem at all. I mean hey I used to stay sick all the time and when I started taking protein shakes I didntget sick.
I went all winter and didn't get sick I even work in a chicken plant where the temp. is about 35 degrees all day so somthing has to be helping. It just seemed like every thing I said good about supplements he would say I was
wrong about how they was helping me. It has to be cause thats the only
thing I've changed in my lifestyle.

Doctors dont know what their talking about... they just make things up and feed patients the same bullshit wives-tales ...esp when it comes to supps, roids, ect.

I get the feeling that if he had prescribed the sups. I'm taking he sould say every thing good about them. Plus he didn't like the idea of me taking t-bomb.
He said it would hurt me in the long run.
