Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | Nice find Brinn. I have dairy products in my diet, but I am a firm believer in a balanced diet, and like to get protein from a variety of sources. Most of the dairy I get is in the form of either non-fat cottage cheese or skim milk though, and when I get a craving for something sweet once in a while I make some sugar free pudding with skim milk. |
