Lose all that skim milk.

Too much protein powder.

Eat more meats and some eggs.

Why lose the skim? Milk is my friend and makes my shakes yummy.
I do consume alot of protein but I justify it by cost, convenience and I typically don't have an appetite to consume "real" foods every few hours. I get your point and fully understand there is no substitute for real food. Thanks for your input.

Personally I'd cut the cheddar and try get my fats up to 20% by replacing things with extra virgin olive oil. I'd aim for a bit more carbs for energy with your lifting. Looking pretty great though.

Not diet related, but through experimentation I found when I keep the reps low and weight heavy while cutting I keep muscle much much better. I dunno what you had planned.

We definately have different body types though. You can probably pull off a more laid back diet than I can.

I threw in cheddar to up the fats but more than likely I will replace this and add PB or nuts. As for workout I have been having fun with HST.

BTW my maintenance is around 3400 cals. I am roughly using EME's cutting spreadsheet to guestimate my cut cals and macros.

the diet looks fine. As for the milk... to each his/her own. I know i drop the milk while cutting. There are much better sources of calories out there.

Everything else looks decent. We both work out on 1 meal.... it's hardcore, but if done right, can be just as effective.
