| Pro Stature | Hey, please give me some feedback on my diet. I am starting a long slow cut and want some criticism/praise of my diet. I am 28 years old, 5"10", 235lbs (108kg). I am getting my bf% tested early next week, but I am somewhere in the high teens range. 8:00 am is the only time I can train, so I cant budge on that. I've been bb'ing for 4 years What would you guys suggest I do to improve my diet. I have purposely started it with higher cals than I need, but that is so I have some room to move and so I can do a nice long gradual reduction. I do substitute some of these foods for others for some variation in my diet, but the macros and cals stay the same. Mostly, what can you guys suggest in order for me to lower my cals as I go? Should I just lower my carbs even more? Should I lower the protein a little as I go? I was thinking of dropping 100 calories every 2 weeks, so in 12 weeks I will be on 2700. I am doing weights on Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri, cardio on Wed/Sat and rest on Sun. Cheers! ![]() ![]() Here's how my carb intake looks over the day: ![]()

I wouldnt be afraid to drop the cals quicker than that.......but that's just my opinion. Track your progess and adjust accordingly. Good luck mang.
