| IMPC Contestant | New Bulking Diet (will be post swim season on this program: http://www.spytechonline.com/shsht/index.htm) Stats: 17 y/o 5'10 (ish) 163lbs (ish) Please, be as harsh, shrewd, and as ROUGH AS POSSIBLE on this diet. I might stack some fat burner up with this if I gain too much weight. Doubt I will. This should hopefully put me around 1lb a week. If not gaining, will add more carbs. =:Meal One:= 6:30AM 2 scoops ON Whey 1 medium banana 1 cup oats ~Totals: 660 calories, 8.4g fats, 87g carbs, 59.3g protein~ =:Meal Two:= 9:00AM 4 slices of Pepperidge Farms WW Bread 1/2lb turkey 1 Gala apple ~Totals: 763 calories, 16.4g fat, 109.4 carbs, 57g protein =:Meal Three:= 12:00PM 2 scoops ON whey 4 tbsp olive oil ~Totals: 720 calories, 58g fat, 6g carbs, 48g protein =:Meal Four:= (Pre-Workout) 3PM 10 oz chicken breasts 1 cup oats 1 medium banana ~Totals: 659 calories, 10.2g fat, 81g carbs, 69.6g protein =:Post-Workout:= 4:30PM 2 scoops ON Whey 60g dextrose ~Totals: 480 calories, 2g fat, 66g carbs, 24g protein =:Meal Five:= 6PM 10oz lean meat 1 cup brown rice (raw) As much veggies as I can stuff (added 150cals 30g carbs for this) ~Totals: 704 calories, 5.8g fat, 96g carbs, 66.3g protein =:Meal Six:= 9-10PM 1/2 scoop ON Whey 2 scoops Calcium Caseinate 2 tbsp olive oil ~Totals: 530 cals, 30g fat, 1.5g carbs, 62g protein OVERALL Totals ~ 4516 calories 386.2g protein 446.9g carbs 130.8g fat

| is missing heavy pulls | id try and get more protein from food less from shakes and id also try and get more protein aroun 400 grams maybe but thats just me

However, luckily for me, she doesn't seem to give a rats ass as to how much whey I drink. So I just drink alot of it.... I know it's better to vary sources, but she just hates it when I eat more than 4 chicken breasts a day, and I'm wayyy to lazy (with having to pack 4 meals already) to wake up and make eggs.

| is missing heavy pulls | to tell you the truth hybrid... it looks great go on it for 4 weeks track your gains and adjust as nessary. DO this every 4 weeks till its perfect. I know you are worried about gaining fat so just make sure you keep doing cardio while bulking

You come across as an ecto in those stats.... I say drop the cardio. 1X/week at most. Just keep it clean and keep an eye on things.

But considering I'm eating 3500-4000 cals a day (because I'm not lifting) while swimming, and barely maintaining weight..... it's made me re-think if I am really an endo.... Perhaps it's just because I strictly adhere to my diet, usually eat the protein first, drink 2 gallons of water, and take green tea.... but I don't know. I think I'm going to try this out with only 1 cardio session (weekends) and see how much I gain and tweak from there, like BigD said.
