Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | last night i ate almost a whole pound of fat free cottage cheese, thats about 3-3.5 cups of it half an hour after eating 1 can of tuna and a huge chicken salad, is it ok to eat 1 pound of cattage cheese every 2 days? or is it too much? also i enjoyed it with some low fat fruit filled bars but it still has too much sugar, didnt mind tha taste i was pretty stoned so the taste wasnt that bad, any one know some really easy and tasty ways to eat fat free cottage cheese, less sugar the better :bting: |

| IronMass Vip | Wow, that's a lot of cottage cheese. I can easily go through a large carton every few days, but I tend to spread it out a bit more.

| Pro Stature | I hate cottage cheese. But I try to get in .5-1 cup before bed everynight. 1 lb. is definately too much though at once. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 116 | that's too much protein for ANYONE, ANYTIME. 2 cups it all anyone really needs before bed. It seem like you ate 3 cup, plus, a can of tuna, plus chicken.... thats like 100 grams of protein.... wow.
