Do you think it qualifies as a super food like avocados and flax?? To be honest a lot of my diet lately has been just that.... unsweetned chocolate and ground flax meal. ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | That's very good too. Excellent. Hopefully I'm doing the right thing. Since I'm ketoing I have been eating an ounce of unsweetned chocolate as either a snack or a side to a meal like 2-3 times a day. I didn't know about the NO thing... that's really cool. I think chocomine is more of a stimulant though right?

DOn't get me wrong, I have a bottle in my fridge, and it goes GREAT in flax meal... BUTWalden Farm's chocolate bloats me. I think it's the sucralose??? and it's not really 0cal... if you eat enough it will invoke an insulin response from the sweetners. It's only 0 cal by technicality :p Where as I'm eating chocolate under the impression it's health and a super food. I gotta get my calories from somewhere, might as well get them from the world's most healthy foods.
