If you are in great shape and not worried about getting fatter, don't worry about it.

harsh A.Free!

but i'd say that's a pretty nice lil cheat. If they were legs.... I'd put it around 2000-2500 is it was breaded and fried. Very respectable.
But yeah... i like to cheat with carbs... and only when I'm cutting. Cheating can be VERY useful on a cut, as long as it is smart and well timed.

I'll second pizza. I also tend to eat anything with chocolate DRENCHED in natty pb. Makes it taste so good and not as bad as say- chocolate syrup.

Yes it is considered a cheat meal, but don't worry, as long as you do in moderation it's fine.

Whenever I eat pizza, I eat at the very least 8-10 slices.

After my contest, i'm thinking of ordering 2 mediums and eating them all in the course of 30 minutes.

depends on how much you eat. if it is simply steamed, with well portioned rice... it will look like half of my daily meals.

I know what you mean. It just got to the point where I told myself "Remember how you feel after cheating" when I was staring at that tempting food I was craving. Remember, cravings stop but the hunger never dies. I also feel better if it is a planned cheat because i feel like its part of my diet versus just binging on impulse.
