Question Carbs?

I have never been really good at balancing Protein and Carbs. I can pick Protein out of a lineup but the Carbs would get away. I think bread, rice and fruit should be on the list. I am switching from cutting to bulking now and I always seem to over do it on the Protein and slack off on the Carbs. I think this because sometimes after eating a huge amount of meat and veggies I get light headed. Someone told me I am not getting enough Carbs. Ok, so what should I eat to take care of that feeling? Thanx for your help. :nosthumbs

You shouldn't be getting light headed.

That concerns me.
